I have been shipping dreadlocks all over the world from Russia for many years. Due to the unstable situation in the world, delivery delays are possible. Usually the delivery time to the USA or Europe is 2-3 weeks, but delays of up to 4-5 weeks are possible.

You can cancel the order within 2 days. If your order has already been sent, it is non-refundable. It is handmade and takes a lot of hours of work. And almost all orders are custom.

Also, if your parcel has been sent, it can not be returned, you will receive it anyway, even if may be delays in shipping.

The delivery time may be extended due to the situation in the world, if you are not ready to wait in case of delays, please do not place an order. I am not responsible for the work of postal services, but I try to choose the most convenient delivery service and send orders as soon as possible.

If the parcel is lost in your country, I can’t do anything, you need to contact the delivery service of your country and find out where the parcel is.

In some countries, customs duties are charged. The customs duty is paid by the buyer separately. However, I try to ship in such a way that the customs duty is minimal.

Also, if your parcel was delivered to your post office, but you did not pick it up and it was back to me, I am not responsible for this and can only send it back, but it will be paid separately.
