Hello, my name is Ala & 5 years ago I accidentally started creating the first soft book for my newborn nephew.
Children always change our lives and make us better. I wanted to create something original, cozy and useful for his first birthday. I have been carefully selecting materials for a long time. At night ideas of pages appeared. At the nephew's holiday, big & small children, even adults, were carried away by the book.
By that time my job as an economist began to tire me. I just wanted to create my own things, be creative all day & express what's in my head & heart.
After a while, I made another book for the first birthday of my friend's daughter. Then I studied a lot to improve my books, and began sewing for other people. Very quickly, new characters began to appear in the books – a kangaroo, an elephant, a sheep, then a whale, a navy seal, a polar bear, a penguin and much more joined…
The dream of being in creativity has become a reality, working as an economist is a thing of the past. Now I am infinitely glad with all my love & inspiration to create snuggle books for your wonderful kids!
About inspiration:
I am inspired by children, nature, wildlife & travel. In books, I try to select calm natural shades, I always look for color combinations from nature. And I am glad that books are becoming your friends not only at home, but also when traveling!
About the workshop:
Our soft books are made by hand. Working in a home workshop, I create patterns, carefully choose hypoallergenic materials & devote a lot of time to sewing so that the books are safe and tidy. Cotton packaging allows you to carefully store the book or take it for walks, taking care of the environment.
