Made to order

If you like something in my store, but need a different color or a specific quantity, in most cases I can make items to suit your needs. For this:

1. Write to me what interests you and what wishes you have for the product.

2. After discussing all the details (product characteristics, production and shipping times, cost), I will prepare 2 product cards according to your parameters and send you links.

One link marked “prepayment” is for making an advance payment (50% of the cost), the second link marked “final payment” is for the final payment (50% of the cost of the product and delivery).

3. After you transfer the prepayment (you need to place an order for a product card marked “prepayment”), I begin production of the product/products within the agreed time frame.

4. When everything is ready, I will notify you and send you photos of the finished product/products.

5. Now you can place an order for the second product card (marked “final payment”).

6. After you pay the second part of the order cost, I will send the parcel.

Shipping Policy

Item is ready to ship, will be packaged in a cardboard box and shipped within 1-5 business days after payment via international mail by registered priority small packet.

Minimum delivery times to different countries vary from 1-2 weeks for Europe to 3-6 weeks for other regions.

On holidays a longer period is possible. These deadlines may be extended due to customs clearance.

If you require an order by a specific date, please allow sufficient time for delivery, taking into account all circumstances and possible delays.

The buyer pays all customs fees, import duties and taxes payable in his country.

Refund policy

Please consider your purchasing decision carefully. I try to take as detailed photos as possible and provide as much detailed information about the product as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me before placing your order.

It takes a lot of time to deliver the goods and then return them, there is a risk of the package being lost, and customs clearance may be required. However, if you still need to return, please write to me. We will try to find a solution.
