The height of the angel depends on the choice of yarn and hook.

If you use a thin yarn (50g/475m) and a 0.75 hook, the height will be about 11cm.

If you use a thicker yarn (100g/530m) and a #2 hook, the height will be about 20cm.

The simplicity of making this Angel is that no special moulds are needed to block it. All you need is a sheet of cardboard from which you twist a cone. This will make a mould for blocking the Angel's dress. And the rest of the parts are blocked on a flat surface.

The pdf file contains diagrams, descriptions and step-by-step photos of decorating the pieces with lurex; blocking and gluing the pieces together.
